Please resubmit the eNOI, but remember to change your answer in Part A - 16a — to 'yes'. Project will disturb more than
one acre, so NC Sedimentation Pollution Control Act applies.
Since you said you cannot upload both documents under Part D — E&SC Plan Approval letter/documentation, upload the
same email that you did with your first submittal. That first email in combination with the 5/1/2019 dated email will
meet this requirement.
