Construction NOI 13035 Rejection
Hi Mr. Windle,
The Construction NOI submitted for "Design Center" was rejected for the following reasons:
Part A7,8 - coordinates provided are located on Catalina Avenue, not W Worthington Ave. Provide coordinates associated
with the site location.
Part Al2,13 - these acreages don't match with what is listed on the approval page.
Part A14 - impervious area cannot be larger than total site area.
Part A15a,b - according to the Surface Water Classifications Map, your site drains to either Irwin Creek, Dairy Branch, or
Little Sugar Creek. Please verify.
Part D5 — the City of Charlotte should have issued an E&SC plan approval letter. We would prefer to have that letter,
rather than plan pages.
Once you click `Submit' on an NOI there is no way to make changes; so please submit a new NOI with the needed
corrections made.
