Inspection Summary
Met with W.T. and Susan Casper regarding NPDES NCG190037 Marina stormwater permit. The Caspers had a folder with
the permit and permitting documentation and coorespondence, they need to develop a stormwater pollution prevention plan
per permit requirements.
Sampling protocols required in the permit must be taken. The outfall was identified as being adjacent to the boat lift.
WT Casper inspects and maintains the facility on a daily basis. The facility is very clean with no evidence of oil spills or
bottom paint on the grounds. This needs to be documented. Please do not hesitate to contact this office if you have
questions regarding the permit or the SPPP.
