Hi Brian. When we last talked (5/31/2019) 1 recall asking you to send me an email noting the 30 -day suspense
on our letter dated 4/22/2019, and requesting a specific amount of additional time to gather the requested
information and submit a response. To this date I have not seen this request. Please submit your specified
request for additional time ASAP to prevent an administrative withdraw of the permit application for the above
referenced project. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Hi Brian. I reviewed the application late last week and early this week. We mailed our letter including the Public
Notice comments and additional information needs late Monday, but I've been out of the office for most of the
week so I haven't had a chance to email the letter to you. You'll find it attached. The paper copy should arrive
today or early next week. The letter is a form letter based on a 1990 MOA from EPA. Although the 3 items from
that MOA are very general in nature, hopefully the specifics of what we need are apparent in the itemized
comments. As you read through, feel free to call and discuss. Note, however, that I am out of the office in
training all of next week; sorry for the bad timing on that front.
