He misunderstood what I told him and filled out the wrong form. I really don't need for him to fill out the PCN in order to review and issue this. What he sent is sufficient for my purposes. Any chance you could enter it in BIMS and deposit the check without us trying to get the correct form from him. I think that will just take too much effort and too long for info I don't really need. It's a NWP13, what else would you need to be able to enter it as a PCN. I can write a memo to the file and put it in LF to explain why it's on this form. So I will check my email Monday to see what you find out. If it needs a PCN he will probably need. He sounds very confused and not sure of what to do. Thanks! I was waiting to put it in LF until I had a free moment in between PCN's coming in. I went to scan it in there today and a few pages back in the app was a check for $240. I called Danny Layell of Ace Grading and asked if he wanted me to shred the check or send it back to him. Further into the conversation he said something that made me wonder if this was actually supposed to be a PCN instead and that was why a fee was included. He said he had sent one in a while ago and had heard nothing back. I looked in LF and saw that the last Trout Shed I got in and scanned was from him with almost the same project name. He said that was it and that he had been working with you. I think he is really confused so I told him that I would keep the check for now until you spoke with him to get things figured out and if he did in fact need a PCN, and just sent in the wrong form, then when he gets the correct one sent in then I could apply this fee to it. Can you please give him a call and see if you can figure out what he needs to do? 336-366-0940. After you talk to him, can you please let me know if I should shred the check and scan this app into the trout notfications in LF or if I should keep the check and wait for a PCN.
