The sewer system will be a private system owned and operated by Durham County. The project will consist of approximately 276 apartment units, a Pool, Sky Lounge/Restaurant, Clubhouse/Fitness Center, Business Center/Retail, and associated parking. The total wastewater flow generated by this project is 75,223 GPD. The anticipated date for 1st effluent discharge (certificate of occupancy) from the Imperial Mixed Use development is May 1, 2020.
