We are hereby notifying you of our intention to proceed with development of a
proposed 33 lot' subdivision located in Forsyth County, near Kernersville, but
outside of the Kernersville jurisdictional limits. In accordance with a
telephone conversation today with Mr. Ron Ferrell of your-office, we can
proceed under Section 401, Water Quality Certification. I request that a
letter of approval be forwarded to this office, to my attention, as we are the
contracted design engineers and surveyors for the developer, Westminster Co.
of Greensboro, N. C. -
I enclose herewith a copy of the Dept. of the Army, Wilmington District, Corps
of Engineers letter of approval under Nationwide Permit No. 26. Also enclosed
is a site vicinity map (partial xerox quad sheet - Kernersville Quad) and site
plan as currently in review at the Forsyth County Planning Department.
