information. Contact and secure approval from the DWQ prior to transfer of waste to a site
not covered in the facility's CAWMP.
Operation will be partially or fully depopulated.

lagoon was 43" prior to Hurricane Florence, and 14" after storm. Lagoon levels were reported to DWQ-WiRO
after storm.
