The Federal Energy Regulatory Agency (FERC) has requested
your agency comment on the application for earthfill
encroachment within the project boundary of Lake Norman,
FERC License No. 2232, New Article 39. Both areas of
encroachment are prior to 1976. Attached are maps showing
the areas in fill for the following:

Any comments you have concerning this fill encroachment
