Please see report below and attached picture for sediment release on B-4637 (replacement of bridges 325, 326 and 327
on SR 1409 (Old Salemburg Rd.) in Sampson County. Material has been recovered, material has been pulled back and
silt fence has been replaced. Plastic is currently being installed over the bare areas.

Mason,
We had about two 5 gallon buckets to escape site. Contractor is removing silt this AM. I also instructed inspector to
make sure material is pulled back from silt fence and flatten the slope. I emailed Keith Hall with Civil Works and he
responded that he would have bare areas covered with plastic until seed crew could come in.
