BEGINNING at an iron pin located in the eastern right-of-way
of North Statesville Drive and being S 15 deg 30 min W 665.00
feet from the intersection of the southern right-of-way of
State Road 2573 and the eastern right-of-way of North
Statesville Drive, the point;of BEGINNING and also marking the
northwestern corner of the property described below, thence
along a new line through the lands owned by Grantor S 74 deg
30 min 00 sec E 380.00 feet to an iron pin also located in the
common boundary lines of lands now or formerly belonging to
Double A Products; thence along said common boundary line S 15
deg 30 min 00 sec W 600.00 feet to an iron pin; thence leaving
said common boundary line along a new line of the property
owned by Grantor N 74 deg 30 min 00 sec W 380.00 feet to an
iron pin in the eastern right-of-way of North Statesville
