of the proposed sites with related facility numbers, number of acres and receiving crop
information. Contact and secure approval from the DWQ prior to transfer of waste to a site
not covered in the facility's CAWMP.
Operation will be partially or fully depopulated.

The DWR-WiRO was notified of high lagoon levels after storm. There is an October 2018 (10/05/18) Waste
Analyis report listed on the NCDA site, 9 wasn't available for review at the time of this PoA.
