Send all suspicious email as an attachment to report.spamPnc.eov Anthony, This is to request additional time for the above referenced restoration plan submittal. We have just received the septic area/layout/plan from the soil scientist late last week, outlining the area that will work for wastewater. This took quite a while simply because everyone is so busy in construction these days. This work came after it took quite some time to put together the house plan footprint and site layout for where the house was to go. As you are aware the property is quite difficult and tedious for siting. That being said, we are just now getting into the "grading' aspect of the plan, figuring dirt, the bulkhead, and the restoration. The plan as you know is to get approval to bulkhead the entire rear and revegetate that, and to Swale the sides with piped ends through the bulkhead at the end. To my knowledge the site is stable and protected from an erosion control standpoint. Also, according to the owner the bulkhead work will need to be completed in the winter when the lake is drained for maintenance, which apparently happens annually. All that being said, we would like to request a 60 day extension to get the plan submitted, that day being to submit by September 1St, ish. Is this ok? As part of this response, a riparian buffer restoration plan was provided for approval. The plan indicated that two species of wooded stem plants had been planted to restore Zone 1 of the riparian buffer. In addition, the restoration plan indicated that grading and revegetation of Zone 2 would occur to reestablish diffuse flow. On February 26, 2019, this Office received a request to submit a revised restoration plan after you have finalize our onsite development plans. According to conversation with Mr. Billingsley of Thomas Engineering, PA (your consultant), you are planning to install a bulkhead along the shoreline of the property after the completing of site planning, layout, grading and determine wastewater disposal method. At which time, you will apply for the necessary permits and authorizations from the Village of Walnut Creek and this Office. By copy of this letter, you will be required to submit an updated restoration plan by July 1, 2019 with a schedule implementation. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
