Kyle,
Please see the attached supplemental information documents and let me know if anything further needs to be done
aside from providing the updated NPS SUP upon its receipt.
Thank you,
Brian

Brian,
I've reviewed the Southdock PCN submittal for completeness and there are a few things that need to be revised:
Section A;
Nearest body of water: Pamlico Sound
1a: 404 as well as Section 10 need to be checked
Section C:
4a: add a #4 with eroding shoreline
4c: SAW-2017-00407
4i: The project narrative indicates the sheet pile in the ferry basin will be placed 6" waterward of the existing wall but
the plan sheets show 2 feet. Please clarify.
Section G:
8b: needs and answer because 8a has a yes.
Also, the NPS SUP indicates a different set of plans than the PCN information. Has the SUP been updated to reflect the
current project plans?
As of right now the project application is incomplete. Please revise the noted issues. You should be able to submit the
revised information through the epcn supplemental information section. Let me know if you have any questions.
