I just wanted to double check what NWP you're going to put this under before I issue this 401. Joyce applied for a NW39
but when we permitted this same activity back in 2017 it was covered under a NW3.

Hi Joyce,
I just wanted to double check on this project. Your limits of disturbance include a small amount of stream. Last time we
permitted this project there were stream impacts also. Are you certain the trees can be removed in the wetland without
any disturbance to the stream area?
