Dear NPDES Permittee:
The General Permit under which you are covered expires this year. Our records indicate there are past
due annual fees owed on this permit. Coverage under this permit for this site cannot be renewed until
these fees are paid. The new General Permit is scheduled to be issued effective August 1, 2019.
Sometimes fees lapse because billing contact or other information is out of date. Please review the
