Zan, It is my plan to install the intake on Cold Springs creek just as soon as the water drops a little more. I agree to all
your terms.
I would like to meet with you in the next few days to look over a plan for the property. We have the possibility of
getting some grant money to help build this new type farm and I would like to run it by you. I can drive the Asheville, so let
me know when you are available.
