This inspection was conducted to verify that the facility is operating in compliance with the conditions and limitations specified in Non-discharge Permit No. WQ0010689. Metals/nutrient analyses were conducted according to the permit requirements. Six samples were analyzed in 2018. Samples were collected from the North & South ash basins. Metals results indicate compliance with permit limits. The Phosphorous (P) result for SP122118A was recorded on the Residual Sampling Summary Form but the lab sheet did not show this result; please submit the lab sheet showing the P data point. Ignitability, corrosivity & reactivity were conducted in 2018. Method 9045D was used to determine corrosivity; based on the percent moisture, it appears that Method 9040C should have been used. Please ensure that the correct Method is used in the future. Utilization Agreements were included with the Report. TCLP is required once per permit cycle. The TCLP analysis was completed in March 2019 and submitted with the permit renewal applicaiton.
