As you know, High Vista Finance, LLC has a permit for the use of reclaimed water under permit
number WQ0036701. This permit allows treated effluent from the High Vista Falls wastewater
treatment plant to be used for irrigation on the High Vista Golf Course. This permit is scheduled
for renewal.
Based on the operation of the golf course, we find that we are no longer in need of the effluent
for irrigation of the golf course. As such, we would request that this permit be rescinded.
Further, we do not intend to request a renewal of the existing permit.
