On June 13, 2019, Roberto Scheller of this Office conducted a compliance inspection at the
subject facilities. This inspection was conducted as a Compliance Evaluation Inspection (CEI) to
insure compliance with permit requirements and conditions. The subject facility appeared to be
well operated and we wish to thank the operating staff for assistance regarding this inspection.

with few visible suspended soilds. Effluent from #4 circular secondary clarifier was clear
with few visible suspended solids. Effluent from #3 circular secondary clarifier contained
large amounts of suspended solids going over weirs. Suspended solids were noted in
chlorine contact basin.
