All nine of the remaining crossings are in close vicinity of each other, and they would all fall under the more limited
Rainbow Trout moratorium (January 1- April 15), so these folks should have a good amount of time to complete the
project this year.

Andrea,
This was a permit that we've been re -issuing since 2007 for sewer infrastructure in Yancey County and a WWTP on North
Toe River. They have again requested reauthorization (with no changes) and wanted to see if you have any different
comments. Specifically, they are wondering if the remaining impacts (see attached table) would be subject to trout
moratoriums. Let me know if you need additional information or have any comments, thanks.
