The Division imposed a moratorium pursuant to North Carolina General Statute §145-215.67(a)
on your facility during April 2018. The basis of the moratorium was documented in the
February 22, 2018 correspondence to you from the Division.
Based on subsequent facility modifications, improved effluent data, and the statements of
intent made in the June 3, 2019 letter from your counsel, the Division is lifting the statutory
moratorium effective immediately. Please continue your work toward achieving full
compliance with all permit limits and other requirements. It is our hope that it will not be
necessary to impose a moratorium against your facility in the future.
