Subject: OLF sites - the new ones anyway
We had a meeting with Bill Ross this week about PCS Phosphate and after that meeting had a
short conversation about the newly proposed OLF sites. BAsed on that conversation, I think
it might be useful (you can override this thought however!) to do some sort of wetland
functional assessment (wetland quality) on the proposed sites in NC. We do have a new
wetland functional assessment method (NC WAM) which will be ready soon. If you want to
