Ian,
I have looked over the SMP the Town of Cary approved for this project and I think we should accept it. It looks like an
acceptable plan and it was approved under the Town's Neuse NSW Stormwater Program, which was in place well before
2007. The Duplicity Policy doesn't specifically say that the approval has to occur AFTER July 2007. 1 think asking the
Town to re-approve the same acceptable plan would be a fairly meaningless paperwork exercise. If you feel otherwise
though, we can discuss this further.
