Submit a planning assessment addendum for each pump station listed in Section 11 where Available Capacity is <
0.
Given that:
a. The proportion and amount of Obligated, Not Yet Tributary Daily Flow (C) accounts for
44% total flow % and 0.700 MGD of the Available Capacity (E) in Pump Station
; and that
b. The rate of activation of this obligated, not yet tributary capacity is currently approximately
MGD per year; and that
c. A funded Capital Project that will provide the required planned capacity, namely
Motts Creek PS Up lade
ann- is in design or under construction with
pled completion in TBD
d. The following applies: ; and/or
Therefore:
Given reasonably expected conditions and planning information, there is sufficient justification to allow
this flow to be permitted, without a significant likelihood of over -allocating capacity in the system
infrastructure.
I understand that this does not relieve the collection system owner from complying with G.S. 143-
t I 5.67(a) which prohibits the introduction of any waste in excess of the capacity of the waste disposal
system.

residential lot totaling 5.79 acres located on the West side of Carolina Beach R
approx. 0.21 Miles North of the intersection of Myrtle Grove Rd. and Carolina Beach RI
units. The requested flow will be for 17,76o GPD (48o gpd/lot * 37 lots). This flow will
be routed to an Existing MH by means of 8" gravity mains with residential services
proposed for this site. The Existing MH is located approximately goo' to the North of
the site located on an adjacent parcel. There is a proposed 30' utility easement extending
from the property line of the proposed project to the existing MH to which we are tying
in. We are proposing to tie to this existing manhole where the receiving downstream
sewer size is a io" line. The flow will ultimately reach the M'Kean Maffitt (SSWWTP)
treatment plant WVVTF Permit No. NCo023973. Stormwater runoff from this site is
discharged to Lords Creek, classification C;SW 18-84.

Charlie,
The check with the app is too old, dated 8-27-2018. Should be dated within 90 days per app, but cannot be older than 6
months. Can't process app without a new check first.
I can shred the check if client is okay with that. Check number is 3030. Let me know.
Please advise
