Brandon,
We got very behind on some Duke Energy mod requests because of all the staff we lost. I'm tying up some of those
loose ends and prepared a modification for the Belews Creek permit. It adds two outfalls from E&SC basins along the
landfill road that are unlikely to discharge much at all if any, but if they do, the monitoring requirements are the same as
for the other outfall at the landfill. Please let me know if you have any comments.
