Do A U? 3 y 2009 WETLANDS AND STORN? R SyMC,4 SHORELINE PROTECTION/STABILIZATION PURPOSE: The property owner has requested that the reclamation of the shoreline be conducted due to erosion. The land is owned by Woodlake Country Club and is used by members to have swimming access to the lake. Over the years the beach has been eroding and has become unsightly and somewhat dangerous. If no repair is done then it will continue to erode and become even more hazardous. WLCC would like to preserve this area by having it repaired and protected from further erosion. The work site is approximately 130 feet in length. The adjacent property on either side of the work area is also owned by Woodlake Country Club. Morrison's Landscape and Construction has planned to build a rip-rap barrier along the shoreline that is approximately 2-3 feet tall. Where the erosion has occurred they will backfill to repair the shoreline. There is no aquatic vegetation on the work site. EA.
