a) In the 2006 permit renewal application Duke alerted DWQ NPDES that there were 2 stormwater flows leaving the site. Neither appear
to be commingled with WW or in wastewater conveyances, and one has since been re-routed to wastewater treatment/eliminated as a
SDO. This or previous applications did not include the SDO identified near Warehouse B/Laydown yard identified during the RRO
inspection in March 2014.
b) The most recent version of NC0003425 (2017) does not authorize stormwater discharges except as may be commingled w/wastewater
and discharged via outfalls #003 (canal) and #006 (coal pile runoff pond).
