Specifically describe measures taken to avoid or minimize the proposed impacts in designing the project.* Proposed site design limits available area between lot lines and lake. Zone 1 & 2 buffer impacts for proposed 10' wide greenway avoided to the mabmum extent practicable. Proposed Zone 1 buffer impacts for the greenway proposed only at entrance of greenway section off Gold Plum Lane, and at the north end of the lake. At the north end of lake, the greenway is proposing to utilize an existing dirt path that is not wooded, and has an ebsting 18" CMP. This northern impact also avoids the wetlands just north of the lake. No impacts to streams, wetlands or open waters proposed. 1b. Specifically describe measures taken to avoid or minimize the proposed impacts through construction techniques. Erosion & Sediment Control plan proposes silt fence, and diversions to sediment basin. E. Diffuse Flow Plan 1a. What type of SCM are you providing?* r Level Spreader r Vegetated Conveyance (lower SMNT) r Wetland Swale (higher SHWT) r Proposed project will not create concentrated stormwater flow through the buffer PF Other SCM that removed minimum of 30% nitrogen 1b. Describe how diffuse flow will be maintained:* Per the project engineer: The site stormwater is being treated by a wet pond, and discharges into an existing storm system. It does not discharge to the buffer. Stormwater from the lots adjacent to the buffer, and from the greenway, will sheet flow across the greenway. The Town of Zebulon has agreed to allow us to NOT provide ditches along the greenway, so that we can provide diffuse flow/sheet flow across the greenway, as opposed to pipe discharges. 1 c.
