Hi Shane, Thank you for taking time about this application permit. Since our facility does not have any concrete
outfalls, we would have what is called a loosely defined outfall. This is where the majority of your rain water
leaves the site. Based off of aerials, I would say its at the very bottom of the property, but still won't be 100%
sure cause haven't seen any of them.
The cars are not drained until we dismantle them, which takes a few days after they arrive here. Thank you

Issue
Page 2 of 4 on the NOI list no outfalls. You need to list the location of outfalls, and the receiving water(s) that
can be impacted by the associated outfall. You can just send me a corrected page 2 of 4 via email.
Question:
Are the cars drained before they reach your property? If yes, then please send me a corrected page 3 of 4 with
question 13)a) "is this facility a Hazardous waste treatment, storage, or disposal facility" marked as no.
