rton Industrial Park Storm Pond Storm Water Narrative
The site is currently undeveloped with exception to a street that will serve the industrial
park. The site is developed as an industrial park. The site drains to wetlands located on
the western edge of the property.
There is currently no impervious area within the drainage area. The wet pond is sized to
accommodate a maximum of 75% impervious within the drainage area. It is anticipated
that the storm water will be piped into the forebay of the wet pond once the drainage
areas are developed. The pond will discharge near the existing wetlands. The wet pond
have been designed in accordance with the latest NCDEQ Stormwater Design Manual.
