New York Air Brake — Premtec Division has two permits.
NCGNE1330 Facility location 115 Summit Drive, Salisbury NC; and
NCG050438 Facility location 985 Whitney Drive, Salisbury NC; the Billing Contact is Bill Graham being mailed to 115 Summit
Drive location.
These Facilities are 5 miles apart, so they are not the same location.
I've attached a copy of the application for the NCG05 permit for reference.
My research indicates they still owe the yearly permit fee.
If they no longer require a permit for 985 Whitney Drive facility they may request a rescission.

Rescind an Existing Industrial Permit
Complete the Rescission Request Form and mail one hard copy of the form to Suzanne McCoy, 1612 MSC,
Raleigh, NC 27699-1612. In addition, e-mail the form to Suzanne McCoy. There is no fee for industrial permit
rescissions. Please note that it can take 1-2 months to process the request because we cannot rescind the permit
until DEQ staff conduct a site visit.
