Questions/comments in regard to the applications for the private sewerline line for the referenced project (in addition
to the earlier email I sent below):
1. The private application is signed by Jode L . Ballard, Director of Development on page 5 of 5. The application
requires that the signee on page 5 of 5 is the same as the signature authority in Section 1. 3 of the application,
but it's not (Mr. T. Robert Brownlee is on page 1). Either page I or page 5 needs to be revised.
2. Which line is going to be -downstream -of the other rivate and publicP

John & Stephanie,
We have started review of the two applications for the referenced project: the modification of the existing public line
and a new permit for a private line.
Both applications show 0 GPD of flow. When we issue the two new permits, one of the permits will need to include the
flow, since the modified permit will completely replace the existing permit. Should the flow be associated with the
public or private line? I assume the public, since that's where it initially was. Please confirm.
