Event Description
NC DIVISION OF ENERGY, MINERAL, AND LAND RESOURCES INTENT TO ISSUE A
STORMWATER DISCHARGE PERMIT  Public comment or objection to the draft permit is invited.
 Submit written comments to DEMLR at the address below.  All comments received prior to May
10, 2019 will be considered in the final determination regarding permit issuance and permit
provisions.  Application:  Heritage Crystal-Clean LLC - Charlotte, 2115 Speedrail Court, Concord,
NC 28205 has applied for an NPDES permit to discharge stormwater from an industrial facility
at:  Heritage Crystal-Clean LLC - Charlotte, 2115 Speedrail Court, Concord, NC, Cabarrus County.
 The facility discharges to Coddle Creek in the Yadkin-Pee Dee River Basin.  Additional permit
documents are available for the reproduction cost at: DEMLR Stormwater Permitting Program,
