Here are our comments for our draft stormwater permit as requested:

1) Remove Hydrocarbon Recovery Services and replace with Heritage-Crystal Clean, LLC. The zip
code is incorrect and should be 28025 (cover page).

3) Secondary containment of bulk containers. We assume this applies to our above ground
tanks in secondary containment. I assume this does not apply to containers in non-bulk (i.e. 55-
gallon drums and 275-330 gallon totes) for antifreeze and oil filters. Section A Part 2.(a).
