This permit should NOT BE ISSUED. This company is working on getting a mining permit and currently has not been
approved, this stormwater permit should not be approved until their Sediment & Erosion control/mining permit has been
approved. There are already issues with this LLC, and an issue could arise that if granted a stormwater permit they may
begin breaking ground without a mining permit.
