Good morning Martha,

Thank you for providing the draft meeting summary.

The first bullet point on page 2 currently reads:

 The team discussed if it was necessary to make the purpose and need specific to the main line so any alternative
selected will have a Level of Service (LOS) D or better. It was noted that with the relatively even distribution of
unsignalized intersections along the project corridor, their overall LOS reflects the generally flow in the corridor.

As I recall, this discussion was based on the following statement we included in the merger packet:

“The project’s primary objective is to achieve an overall level of service (LOS) D or better for the corridor in
design year 2045 during the highest average weekday traffic conditions.”

 I am not sure if the draft bullet point above sufficiently captures the discussion during the
st
meeting. Please verify, and clarify the 1 sentence as appropriate.

 I do not understand what exactly we’re trying to state/explain with the second sentence (in the bullet
point above from the draft meeting summary). Please coordinate with the appropriate traffic /
performance metric personnel, and modify this sentence so that it can be understood by non-traffic
folks.
