On June 6, 2006, S&EC submitted the Olde Towne overall Stormwater phasing plan based on
previous discussions and meetings with your office. This submittal included the impervious
surface calculations. Please find attached a copy of the Stormwater Phasing Plan for the
development as well as the impervious surface calculations for those phases. Per condition No. 4
in GC No. 3402 which states "...projects that have or are anticipated to have impervious cover of
greater than 30 percent..." will require a Stormwater Management Plan, treatment is being
proposed for the phases that exceed 30 percent impervious cover as shown on the attached map.
We intend to fully comply with all aspects of the 401 Water Quality Certification and DWQ's
Stormwater Best Management Practices manual in that no permanent structures will be
constructed within the phases that exceed 30 percent impervious cover prior to DWQ's approval
of that phase's Stormwater Management Plan, except for the proposed road crossings.
