Subject: U2579C sediment loss
Dave,
We had two sediment losses on U2579C during the 3.75" rain event over the weekend. One at permit site 4 was a
couple 5 gallon buckets of material. The other at permit site 3 (downstream of the culvert) had approximately 45, 5
gallon buckets of sediment removed from the stream. They contacted me about the loss today, and I had them proceed
with cleanup. Phil and I both reviewed today. Our apologies for the delay in the reporting. The walk thru following the
rain took a couple days to complete due to inaccessibility. Let me know if you have any questions.
