D NORTH CAROL.INA Environmental Quality June 14, 2019 Subject: Permit No. WQ0019729 2016 Baptist Road SFR Surface Irrigation Wastewater Treatment and Disposal System Durham County On June 7, 2019, staff of the NC Division of Water Resources (DWR), Water Quality Regional Operations Section (WQROS), inspected the subject single-family residence surface irrigation wastewater treatment and disposal system. The purpose of the visit was to conduct a compliance inspection. On the day of the inspection all single-family residence wastewater treatment and application equipment appeared to be '�a-ell maintained. Tanks and floats were not checked but appeared to be operating properly. The sand filter and spray field appeared to be in good condition, all heads were operating properly.
