On May 8, 2019, Deborah Gore and I conducted a Pretreatment Compliance Inspection of the City of
Morganton's pretreatment program. The program appeared to be in compliance with permit NC0026573.
Please refer to the enclosed inspection report for requirements, observations and comments.
The Pretreatment Annual Report (PAR) was covering January through December 2018 was reviewed.
The review indicates that the PAR is in good order and satisfies the requirements of 15A NCAC
2H .0908(b) and the Comprehensive Guidance for North Carolina Pretreatment Programs. The next PAR
will be due March 1, 2020.
