I have been asked to cancel the request NW 29 for the proposed crossing that I sent a PCN for. The owner and engineer
have decided to not install the crossing, no wetlands or stream impact will occur on this project. I greatly appreciate
your help and input on this application. Please contact me with any questions.

Hey Wyatt,
Thank you for the Pre -Construction Notification (PCN) and attached information, dated 4/18/2019, for the above
referenced project. I have reviewed the information and need clarification before proceeding with verifying the use of
Nationwide Permit (NWP) 29. Please submit the requested information below (via e-mail is fine) within 30 days of
receipt of this Notification, otherwise we may deny verification of the use of the NWP or consider your application

withdrawn and close the file:
1. Please clearly show all delineated streams and wetlands, from the sketch map entitled "Crystal Springs Preliminary
Wetland Map" submitted to the Corps by Brown's Environmental Group on 2/2/2019, on the Stormwater Management
and Sediment and Erosion Control plan sheets dated 9/6/2018. Clearly displaying all delineated waters on the plans is
necessary so that the Corps can review any potential indirect impacts that would result from the proposed project and
so the Corps can determine if the proposed project has been designed to avoid and minimize adverse effects to waters
of the US to the maximum extent practicable at the project site in accordance with the 2017 NWP General Condition
23.
2. PCN Section D.3. Stream Impacts: The Stream Impacts table only includes the permanent impacts of 145 linear feet
of stream channel for the installation of a culvert. However, the comments and permit impact drawings indicate that
the proposed project would also impact 15 linear feet of stream for riprap outlet and inlet protection. Please confirm
which is the correct.
3. Please provide plans to show how the proposed lots will be serviced by utilities (sanitary/sewer, septic, water, gas,
electric, etc.). Will any of the necessary utilities impact any potentially jurisdictional waters?
