I am currently working to get a 401/404 permit for Mr. Gould. This is necessary for a stream crossing that will be a shared driveway for lots 24 and 25. DWR (Stephanie is cc on this email) is asking for a stormwater plan for this subdivision (to cover lots 24/25). Do you know if there is one that exists for this subdivision. A conversation with Jason (cc on this email) from Franklin Co showed that one does not exist (in their office) and that the neighborhood predates stormwater requirements. Moreover, I understand from DWR that The provided plat shows this property being in the Tar -Pam Basin, so written Franklin County nutrient management approval should be provided before DEMLR issues an "allowable use" letter for the buffer crossing. Is there any kind of Nutrient Management documentation available for this neighborhood? Will you please reply all so that everyone can be in the conversation in hopes to answer these questions.
