Dear Mr. Reinhardt:
On June 14, 2018, the Division of Energy, Mineral and Land Resources issued NCGNE1243 for the
facility located at 2884 Kelly Boulevard, Claremont, North Carolina. This letter serves as notice that
Stormwater permit NCG210027 is rescinded effective immediately and is replaced by NCGNE1243.
We apologize for the oversight in not rescinding NCG210027 upon issuance of the No Exposure
Certificaiton.
We will be working with our Billing Clerk, Deborah Reese, to waive the 2018 and 2019 Permit Fees.
