Ben,
Thank you for forwarding the engineered drawings for this project.
Written approval from the Division of Water Resources (Division) is not required for the proposed impacts associated
with this project (10 linear feet of temporary impacts for a utility crossing). On May 8, 2019, A PCN was submitted to the
Division along with a fee of $240. After speaking with you on 6/10/2019, 1 understand that this was intended to serve as
a courtesy copy to the Division. As 401 Certification is not a requirement, the fee was not required to submit a courtesy
copy. However, the Division is unable to issue refunds.
Please indicate in writing if you would like to withdraw the 401 application from the Division.
