Dear Mr. Munn:
On May 8, 2019, you requested a 401 Water Quality Certification from the Division of Water
Resources (Division). Project activities are below the Division's threshold for written approval
for a 401 Water Quality Certification. On June 12, 2019 the Division received a request from
your consultant, Benjamin Munn, to withdraw the current application. Therefore, your file is
hereby considered withdrawn.
Please be aware that you have no authorization under Section 401 of the Clean Water Act for this
activity and any work done within waters of the state may be a violation of North Carolina
General Statutes and Administrative Code. While your project activities do not require written
approval from the Division, all conditions in the attached Water Quality Certification 4133 must
followed.
