Implementation is currently delayed for most projects; however, they are currently in place for State and Federal projects, including state universities. Let me know if you have any questions. As I explained on the voicemail, this project is a challenging design -build project on campus and we are in danger of sliding from a construction schedule window dictated by the campus schedule. Express review wasn't available at the time of submittal and I mistakenly thought that the standard stormwater review had a 30 day statuary review period as erosion control does. If the review could be expedited or if there are any questions I can answer or provide anything, that would be greatly helpful for this project.
