Please engage your client on this very important issue asap or provide any changes in contact information regarding
responsible parties. I hope this does not get out of hand as these failures to comply with the approved restoration
plan is a serious component of the overall resolution for this violation of Federal Law and we will be in a position to
take additional enforcement action, including referral to the US Attorney or Department of Justice. Thanks and I
