Creek. Area 2 is a low-lying, forested area along Cedar Hill Rd.

The overall project is needed to supply water and sewer service to annexed areas of the Town of Navassa which
currently use individual well and septic systems. Many of the existing private systems are old and/or failing. Impacted
areas in this application are for installation of sanitary sewer only.
