The following issues were noted: 1: PS #1 wetwell was rehabbed with a new cover, but no vent was installed. Thus, needs to have one installed ASAP which will help with corrosion and staff safety as far as methane or bisulfide gas. 2: Need to ensure pump stations are being inspected at least once every 7 days and that adequate records are maintained. 3: Access to and through sewer line easements especially force mains including any clearing appears to have yet been completed. 4: Need to have or develop and maintain a Spill Reponse Plan for Utility staff for this community's system. One was provided after insepction but it was for a system in Chatham County. Same situation is likely for force main from PS#1 up till it parallels the FM form #2. Map also reveals several other easements for gravity running between lots along property lines; no idea as to their condition or access. Need to have a Spill Response Plan for the community. It lacks material type but assume all PVC vet could be some DIP. Lacks PS capacity info, but ONS should have designs for each station anyway which were not on -site. Map should be placed in the WWTP for staff.
